Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese, Please!

Happy Sunday, Friends!

In a little while, I am headed to a "Taste of the Holidays" potluck at our church. I wanted to share the recipe of what I am taking: Crockpot macaroni and cheese. This is a recipe from my mom. It is our family favorite because it is comforting, delicious, and easy to make!

SERVES 6 as a side

Ingredients:
1 8oz box of macaroni, cooked
1.5 cups of milk
1 12oz can of evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick of butter or margarine, melted
3 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Paprika (optional)

Directions:
Cook noodles
Add all ingredients into crockpot except for paprika
Mix ingredients well, then add paprika on top
Cook on LOW for 3 hours

Thanks to my mom for this amazing recipe. I hope you and your family can enjoy it, too!

Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas (early)!
Lizanne :)

    1. Do I just double the ingredients to make it for 12?

    2. Yes, you can! I would suggest if you're feeding for a crowd to split it into two slow cookers (if you have them). It should be fine doubled in one though if it's a large slow cooker!

  2. One of the most dearest child years meals is pasta and dairy foods. Most of us can keep in mind mom providing up a box of Kraft pasta and dairy paula deen macaroni and cheese along with a hotdog or hamburger.

  3. Do you have to pre cook the noodles if they are going to be in a crock pot with liquid for hours?
